  • Range of application: Ignition furnace is made up of mechanical construction, combustion system and control system. It is mainly used for sintering ignition of steel (iron) plant; this product is applied to various kinds of gaseous fuel and liquid fuel, such as blast furnace gas, convertor gas, producer gas, mixed gas, natural gas, heavy oil and so on. We could design various kinds of combustion equipment, according to the users,fuel supply and fuel parameter they offer. In this way, we could ensure the capability of boasting.

  • Capability characteristics
    1. It adopts fast rotational flow, intensive mix, and low power ignition burner nozzle. The flame is short, and its rigidity is very good. There are two-row installation (large-scale sinter machine is three-row, the first row performs the function of preheating outside material), and dense distribution. At the lighting up tuyere, outside material can be ignited directly and equally. This is good for igniting fuel fast and surface sintering.
    2. Heat-resistant position of the burner nozzle is made up of stainless steel. The service life is generally over 3 years. There are monomeric installation and convenient maintenance and replacement.
    3. It matches short-flame burner nozzle, and adopts low hearth and containing throat opening. It reduces external spray flow and dissipation heat loss. This is good for improving ignition high temperature strength and reducing the weight of furnace body.
    4. Empty ignition furnace, regulation and control of gas quantity. Besides setting up the big valve at the air and gas intake to control, there is also regulation and control valve at every small burner nozzle air and gas intake. In this way, we could accommodate the quantity of heat and ignition homogeneity, while it is at the initial stage of putting into production and in an abnormal state.
