Coke oven gas, which is the byproduct of the coking industry, is placed in the second place. It has been applied widely to coking, steel, chemical industry and so on. Because coke oven gas has high hydrogen content, burns fast and contains more flammability and more combustion instability than other fuel, the coke oven gas burner designed by our company considers adequately the combustion property on design, and makes special processing in the aspect of ignition, air lancing, accommodation, backfire avoidance. On the basis of high efficient combustion, we adopt some advanced control technique, such as plc, touch screen, Industrial Personal Computer, to insure safe operation. At the present time, the fission machine of the coke oven gas burner, the maximum power of which can reach to 1200x104kcal/h(20t/h), is applied to Dingzhou Xuyang cokeoven plant. Mechatronics burner, the maximum power of which can reach to 700x104kcal/h(10t/h), is applied to Dingzhou Dongxu Chemical Industry and Shanxi Jicheng Steel.
