- Capability characteristics: Serial hot metal ladle roasting devices produced by our company can be classified into vertical type and horizontal type. It is made up of mechanical construction, combustion system and control system. The product is very robust, and it has reasonable design and steady capability. Rise of temperature of roasting is fast, and heating curve controllability is good. The operation is very simple and convenient, and adaptability of the fuel is also very good. All these solve the problems of stability of low heat value fuel of blast furnace gas.

- Use of fuel: This product is applied to various kinds of gaseous fuel and liquid fuel, such as blast furnace gas, convertor gas, producer gas, mixed gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, heavy gas, diesel oil and so on. We could design various kinds of combustion equipment, according to the users' fuel supply and fuel parameter they offer. In this way, we could ensure the capability of boasting.

- Off-line hot metal (steel) ladle roasting: Fast or slow roasting of new 砌包desiccation and turnover pile. While using the blast furnace gas, the heating up temperature is over 1100 ℃, maximum rate of rise is 40℃/min, maximum difference in temperature in molten steel container (pouring basket) is 50℃. Cold condition pile off-line roast for 2.5 hours, and the temperature of pile lining could be over 1000℃.

- On-line hot metal ladle roasting: Use the blast furnace gas to fast roast the on-line molten steel container (pouring basket). Heat up to over 1100℃, heating up temperature ≥40℃/min, maximum difference in temperature in molten steel container (pouring basket) is 50℃. Roast on-ling molten steel container (pouring basket) for 20-30min, and the temperature of pile lining could be up to 1000℃.

- Bakie off-ling roasting: Bakie desiccation station is mainly used for 新砌, cold repair, desiccation, and turnover. On-line roasting(fast) normal temperature -1100℃, time 1-1.5h; off-line roasting(desiccation) normal temperature -800℃, time 24-32h.

- Bakie on-ling roasting: Bakie preheating station is special equipment of fast roasting molten steel container. It is mainly used for preheating roasting of continuous casting bakie of on-line fast rise of temperature. While using the blast furnace gas, on-line roasting is over 1100 ℃, time is 60min, rate of heating ≥40℃/min.
