- This burner is applied to oil burning boiler.
- Automatic system contains various kinds of control modes, such as segmental fire type, air sintering accommodation proportion type, frequency conversion accommodation type and so on.
- Types of fuel: heavy oil, residual oil, light oil and base oil.
- We can also outfit some functions according the users' demands, such as flameout protection，processing ignition，chase leaks, over temperature and excessive pressure protection and so on.
- Temperature of oil supply diesel oil: room temperature (need to heat to make it melt, if containing diesel oil)；base oil: 70-90℃; heavy oil: 110-130℃; residual oil: 130-150℃.
- Pressure of oil supply heavy oil: 1.0-2.0MPa；light oil: 0.4-1.0MPa.
- Pressure of wind blowing (before going into the wind scoop) heavy oil: 1.0-2.0MPa; residual oil: 2000-2500MPa.
- Spray speed of flame: 80-90 m/s; shape of flame: pencil of circles, cone angle 15°; length of flame: six times of diameter of spout (variable range: 2-10 times).
