Range of application: To employ together with big, middle and small loop type, drape type, flat type and box type sinter machine ignition furnace.
     Structural composition: SRW（horizontal）、SRL（vertical）、2SW/L（horizontal and vertical combination）air, gas double preheater is composed of combustion chamber, groups of air heat exchangers, groups of gas heat exchangers and so on.
    Capability characteristics:
    1. Among many kinds of double preheaters, materials, the wall temperature of which is over 400℃, all adopt stainless steel or almize carbon steel. Under the condition of normal operation, the service life can prolong 3-5 years.
   2.Groups of gas heat exchangers have cleanout opening, which could clean periodically to prevent blocking and affecting the effect of heat transfer.
   3.Outside the breather pipe, there is sweep opening, which could sweep the soot of external pipe of heat transfer pipe periodically with compressed air. It is good for transforming heat.
   4. Gas heat exchanger inside vertical flue adopts special circle arc bellows and dilatation joint. This could absorb thermal expansion stress, and it is very safe and reliable.
