    Frequency conversion adjustment proportion control technology adopts the digital frequency conversion technology to adjust the proportion of fan delivery to volume of fuel gas.

1、Controlled temperature (pressure) of kiln and the adjustment of volume of fuel gas and air input is a continuous control system. When controlled parameter changes slightly, the system will adjust synchronistically, and make the excess air coefficient to keep between 1.05-1.15. This could ensure the kiln to operate stably and economically. That is to say, the state of combustion couldn't be disturbed by external factors, and could keep in optimal point offered by the users all the time. Therefore, it saves the amount of fuel, reduces the dissipation heat loss, and stabilizes the mine parameter.
2、At present, windscreen control can be carried out through the blast volume control of all sorts of full automatic burners. That is to say, under the condition of the electric machinery at full speed, blast volume can be controlled by using the windscreen opening in the air sintering. (See curve 1). The frequency conversion burner adjusts the blast volume through directly controlling the rotation speed of the electric machinery (see curve 2). When the load reduces, the speed of the electric machinery will correspondingly reduce and the electrical power consumption will also reduce. In this way, it could make the brownout ratio to be over 20%.
3、Frequency conversion adjustment proportion control is an absolutely safe production. This control system could do the next step only when all the control power supply are under normal condition, or else the system will be under the condition of safety and protection which is under the condition of power off.
4、 This system has been carried out hundreds of experiments on all sorts of burners. This system, which has simple operation, complete function, and attractive appearance and is very safe and practical in the practical application, has been successfully used for oil fields of Jidong, Jilin, Dagang, Zhongyuan, and Henan and so on.

    Air sintering frequency conversion adjustment proportion control technology
           Air sintering adjustment proportion control adjusts the volume of the blast through continuous control on air sintering. Its adjustment system is composed of air sintering and regulation valve. Applying the proportional action of the air sintering and regulation valve, we control the target value and make it on a value. Because the nonlinear relation between the air sintering jaw opening and air supply, the proportional number is a fuzzy figure. This company adopts numeric fuzzy control. That is to say, while there are changes outside, according to the fuzzy calculation on the control instrument we will make a corresponding response.
